Withdraw before the next weekly renewal. The already-paid week remains available and is normally not refunded.
Class cancellation
If Learniverse cancels a class, families may receive a Coin refund or a transfer to another suitable class.
How to request help
Message Learniverse with the learner, class, and reason. Refunds are reviewed by the administrator.
This policy applies to Coin bookings. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Marketplace Manager
Create course cards and publish them to the parent marketplace without editing site code.

This name is shown to families before they book.
Parents will see the real upcoming dates and choose when to begin.
